Water for Life: 7 Deep Water Pumps Installed in Two Years.

Through 2 week of hard work, time and effort I was able to install this Deep Water Pump with the help of the villagers. It costs around 90,000 taka (900$) to install the deep water pump.

Khadija Begum said, “We have severe water problems. It’s hard to explain how bad it is. To prepare for prayers, I have to walk far to fetch water or use dirty pond water, which dries up in summer.”

More than 20 families will collect water from this new deep tubewell.

My friends, please keep me in your prayers, so that I can continue my journey of improving the lives of those in need.

"I see the beauty of people and the human soul in the pictures I take. And though the circumstances of some of the people I portray may be grim, back-breaking, depraved, the people themselves are always remarkable characters and souls" For me Photography is my language, to access, to communicate, to identify and mostly to make it hear. Through photography I only jot down my heart’s language. The best part about being a photographer is that I’m able to articulate the experiences of the voiceless and to bring their identities to the forefront which gives meaning and purpose to my own life.
