Very happy to see the recent issue of Arts Illustrated magazine from India, featuring an interview and a selection of my photographs, exploring the theme “Binaries.”
The issue beautifully reflects on the contrasts that exist within everyday life—suffering and strength, loss and hope, the visible and the unseen. These opposing realities often exist side by side, shaping the lives and stories of the people I photograph.
I am deeply grateful to the Arts Illustrated team for publishing our conversation and for giving space to these stories and photographs.
